Neither the Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, its founder, Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, IZI LLC, IHHL LLC, Ho'akamai LLC, Bingboard Consulting LLC, Paddy '0, LLC, and their founders, employees, volunteers, Facilitators, coordinators and teachers, or the Deity, the "I", ensure that the system of stress reduction and self-identity known as Ho'oponopono taught in this seminar, including but not limited to all meditations, visualizations, recommendations , cleansing and spiritual healing leads to specific results or desired goals.
The operation of the Ho'oponopono process in connection with universal and cosmic laws is a direct experience between each person, his or her own self and the deity, the "I". Karma and divine providence must be everyone's final authority in applying the Ho'oponopono process. Here only each individual, through disciplined processes of cleansing and protecting body, mind and spirit, can be their own witness to his or her own personal healing. Evidence of the Ho'oponopono process depends on the individual, as only each individual can prove or disprove the power of Ho'oponopono for themselves.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The IZI LLC has the right to cancel the event/seminar for any reason. Only the participation fees paid by the participant will be refunded by the coordinator. The coordinator is responsible for collecting participation fees and processing refunds. The coordinator is only obliged to reimburse the participation fees paid by the student. IZI LLC and the coordinator are not responsible for travel expenses, lost deposits, or other expenses incurred as a result of registering in anticipation of attending this event. No reimbursement will be made for travel expenses, lost deposits, or any other type of expenses incurred by the registrant in anticipation of participating in this event. Each participant assumes responsibility for any additional costs incurred as a result of registering at the event.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds after midnight before the first day of the seminar. Full refunds (minus credit card transaction fees, wire transfer fees, PayPal fees) will only be provided to those who are unable to attend the seminar. The refund of the seminar fee must be requested by email or telephone from the coordinator by midnight before the first day of the course.
1. Failure to request a refund by midnight prior to the first day of class will result in the participant becoming a Global Attendee in absentia. No seminar documents will be sent. In order to receive the seminar documents, the participant must have personally attended the seminar. The absent participant will be listed as a seminar repeater after his absence and can acquire the seminar documents from the coordinator at the next seminar before the start of the seminar.
2. If a seminar repeater has not requested a refund by midnight prior to the first day of the course, they will be considered a Global Attendee in Absence.
PHOTOGRAPHY, MOBILE PHONES AND RECORDINGS
Photography, audio and video recording are prohibited without written consent for all those present. All mobile phones and electronic devices must remain switched off during the seminar (in the seminar room). If you nevertheless make video or audio recordings or take photos, you will be asked to leave the class immediately - without refund of the course fees.
LECTURER REGULATION
At any time, IZI LLC may substitute a seminar's instructor for another SITH® qualified instructor. IZI LLC and the coordinator will do everything possible to inform the seminar participants about the change in good time. IZI LLC may add an additional instructor at any time and at any point during the seminar.
